Job Description

As a Line Operative, you will play a vital role in our production process, working efficiently to produce products in line with specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. You will work as part of a dedicated team, supporting the achievement of production goals and escalating any issues as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Efficiency: Work as part of a line team to deliver agreed output levels and quality standards, ensuring products are produced according to specifications.

  • Team Collaboration: Follow instructions from the team leader and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.

  • Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all line Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, maintaining a culture of safety within the team. Report any defects or potential defects in equipment promptly.

  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records as required, documenting production activities and any deviations from standard procedures.

  • Continuous Improvement: Highlight opportunities for process improvement and escalate any issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. Work towards improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for the team.

Additional Information

Shifts: Rotating - 6am till 2pm and 2pm till 10pm 

Salary: £26142.48 per annum
