Lead commercial finance support across revenue, pricing, margin, NPD, demand planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety on the Blackpool production site by following health and safety, COSHH and HACCP procedures, safely handling chemicals, completing cleaning schedules to deliver clean equipment to production on time, and highlighting training needs.

Own forecasting for assigned customers and products across an 18-month horizon. Review sales trends, demand drivers, promotions, and statistical forecasts; collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, production planning, and customers. The Demand Planner owns forecasting for assigned customers and products, maintaining an 18-month rolling forecast and statistical models. They analyze sales trends, promotions, and demand drivers; collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, production, and customers; participate in IBP meetings; produce reports and KPIs; support inventory strategies; and improve customer service and forecast accuracy.

Manage and develop key grocery retail accounts, leading commercial negotiations, pricing, joint business planning, and growth initiatives across branded and customer-specific products. Build strong customer relationships, identify market opportunities, monitor foodservice and out-of-home trends, and collaborate with marketing, category, supply chain, and NPD teams to deliver solutions and bring new products to market.

Manage and grow key grocery and high street discount accounts across branded and private-label food channels. Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, joint business planning, and customer-specific growth initiatives. Build strong customer relationships, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with marketing, category, supply chain, and NPD teams to launch new ideas. Monitor foodservice and out-of-home trends while balancing strategic planning with day-to-day account management.

Follow SOPs, collaborate with team leaders and colleagues, report equipment issues and hazards, complete production records, document deviations, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on overall equipment effectiveness. The role requires reliable teamwork, attention to detail, and efficient performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Manage end-to-end customer orders and fulfilment in an FMCG environment. Liaise with customers, production planning, warehousing, distribution, invoicing and 3PL partners to meet service levels, handle high-volume EDI orders, and drive a high-quality customer experience.
