1. 品类营销策略规划与长效增长

负责罗技在天猫平台的品类整体增长策略,结合平台赛道趋势、市场变化及竞品打法,制定核心品类、潜力品类中长期营销规划与阶段性落地目标。搭建「品类+人群+营销」运营闭环,通过差异化营销来优化品类结构,提升品类渗透率、市场份额及ONL业务占比,持续迭代策略构筑品牌品类竞争优势。同时结合天猫大促及日常节点,匹配品类节奏制定轻量化用户营销方案,优化用户转化链路,助力品类长效增长。

2. 全域营销活动策划与落地打造

围绕品类增长核心目标,独立策划天猫日常及大促专属品类营销、精细化用户营销活动。统筹活动全流程落地,涵盖方案策划、玩法设计、权益配置、落地执行与效果管控,联动各团队打造标杆营销项目。依托用户分层、精准触达、会员运营等玩法,激活存量、撬动增量,强化用户品类消费粘性与复购转化。

3. 天猫平台深度建联与资源深耕

与平台品类小二、行业运营建立常态化深度沟通机制,同步罗技的品类规划与营销布局,精准跟进平台最新政策、品类扶持资源及专项增长项目。主动争取大促资源位、品类专场、用户增长专项等平台权益,深度撬动平台流量与资源赋能品类营销,搭建长期稳定、高效联动的平台合作体系。

4. 数据复盘与营销体系迭代

搭建品类营销与平台活动数据监测体系,重点追踪品类GMV、活动ROI、用户LTV、复购转化、平台资源利用率等核心指标。常态化开展数据复盘,精准排查策略、活动及平台合作痛点,持续迭代优化玩法与合作模式,沉淀可复制的品类营销、平台建联标准化流程,稳步提升营销效能与品类长效增长力。

任职要求:

1. 学历背景

本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子商务、广告学、工商管理等相关专业优先。

2. 工作经验

3-5年品牌方天猫平台客户营销/用户增长/会员运营相关工作经验,FMCG、美妆、家电、3C等主流电商行业优先;熟悉品牌方营销逻辑,有完整的大促客户营销操盘经验。

3. 专业能力

- 精通天猫平台营销工具、生意参谋、CRM用户运营系统,熟练掌握用户分层、人群圈选、精准触达、会员体系搭建等核心技能;

- 具备较强的数据敏感度与数据分析能力,可通过数据复盘优化营销策略、品类增长策略,对用户LTV、复购转化、营销ROI、品类市场份额有清晰的认知与实操经验;

- 熟悉天猫平台活动规则、行业品类赛道及资源,具备平台对接、资源争取、竞品监测分析能力,擅长结合品类特性做精准人群营销,了解电商内容营销、私域运营玩法。

4. 综合素养

- 具备出色的跨部门沟通、统筹协调能力,执行力强,能够高效推进多项目并行落地;

- 思维灵活,对电商行业趋势、用户需求变化敏感,具备较强的问题解决能力与创新思维;

- 目标感强,抗压能力优秀,具备良好的逻辑思维、复盘总结能力与团队协作意识。

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, particularly with etailers.
  • Expertise in eRetail media and eMerchandising (including SEO, Paid Search, Display).
  • Experience planning and executing web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel with data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrable experience leading SEO/SEM and marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with budget management and building customer/retailer relationships.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take a hands-on results-oriented approach.
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and devising engaging digital campaigns.
