We are seeking an experienced LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) Expert to join our team at Takeda. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in LIMS implementation, support, and administration, with a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical domain and GxP regulations. This role requires a proactive individual passionate about leveraging new tools and technologies to enhance system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultancy for LIMS implementation and support.
  • Design, develop, and configure LIMS solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Manage and support LIMS projects, including data migration, system upgrades, and process automation.
  • Develop and maintain complex Crystal Reports and other LIMS-related documentation.
  • Oversee Master Data configuration and validation processes.
  • Interface laboratory instruments with LIMS using Limslink or similar tools.
  • Handle support tickets and issue resolution for LIMS applications.
  • Conduct team meetings and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and operation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in LIMS consulting and implementation.
  • Proficiency in Labware LIMS, Labvantage SQL*LIMS, Lonza MODA-EM & FDC, and Limslink.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL, SQL Server, and Powershell scripting.
  • Experience in project management and technical lead roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of GxP regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Crystal Reports and complex report development.
  • Familiarity with instrument interfacing and LIMS administration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
  • Passion for learning and adopting new technologies to enhance LIMS capabilities.


Experience:

  • Managing technical operations and leading LIMS projects.
  • Development and maintenance of LIMS applications.
