Lilly Italy Early Talent Attraction Program
Lilly Italy Early Talent Attraction Program, a fantastic opportunity for university students who are eager to embark on their professional journey.
The Lilly Italy Early Talent Attraction Program is a 6-month internship designed for students in relevant fields of study. It provides a unique chance to join our company and gain valuable experience across various organizational areas, including Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Corporate Affairs, Market Access, Medical, Ethics & Compliance, and Business Analytics.
Our program aims to give students exposure to the pharmaceutical industry while helping them develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, engage with experts in the field, build strong relationships, and play an active role in project assignments. Additionally, interns will receive on-the-job training, as well as online and in-class training, to gain hands-on experience.
This full-time internship is designed to provide a foundational platform for understanding the industry and our customers, including patients, payers, and providers. Our market represents significant growth opportunities for the pharmaceutical industry and for Lilly, and our key strategy is to expand our ability to reach and serve more patients. To achieve this, we rely on talented individuals, including newly graduated students from highly ranked schools, to join our team.
We are looking for candidates who are committed to an initial internship at our Italian affiliate, where they will leverage and develop their skills as part of a global culture dedicated to employee development.
Basic Qualifications and Requirements
Basic qualifications for the program include a Master's degree, fluency in both Italian and English (written and verbal), and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (primarily Excel and PowerPoint).
