Job Type: 15 Month Secondment

Salary: Up to £40,000 dependent upon experience dependent upon experience plus an indicative bonus range of 8% to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role
Standard Life provide our configurable Lifelens platform to our largest workplace employers, their employees get seamless access to our products and intelligent tools to help them manage their pension policy. Employers get integration with HR and payroll and automated pension administration.

You will support a portfolio of large employers in designing, implementing and evolving their instance of the Lifelens platform. Working closely with client relationship managers, our communications team, platform implementers and pension administration teams, you'll help organisations maximise the value of their platform and their workplace pensions.

You'll act as a trusted contact to the employer, supporting them in managing and enhancing the Lifelens platform, delivering the best platform solution for clients by following best practice along with providing front line technical contact for Lifelens functionality.  You will also impact assessment of change requests including gathering detailed requirements for new items and documenting these changes and key deliverables and then have overall responsibility for the configuration and testing of new builds and ad-hoc change requests.

You will collaborate with multiple teams both internally and externally to deliver an efficient and accurate service along with maintaining communication channels with the Client Relationship Manager and client teams.

What We’re Looking For

• In depth knowledge of employee benefits or workplace pensions ideally with experience with flexible benefits technology or benefits platform implementation with a good understanding of defined contribution pension arrangements
• A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering positive outcomes
• Experience of working with multiple clients and delivering solutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
