What You Will Accomplish:
- Own and execute email marketing strategy to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Develop and optimize automated workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and customer engagement strategies.
- Manage the execution of webinars, from promotion to follow-up strategies.
- Track and analyze email metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to align email strategies with company goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in email marketing and lifecycle campaign optimization.
- Strong ability to craft persuasive, clear, and customer-focused email copy.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to optimize email performance.
- Experience with email marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for compelling, engaging copy.
- A data-driven approach to marketing, with a focus on KPIs like open rates and conversions.
- Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-changing environment.

We are located at a beautiful office on 3rd Ave in the heart of San Mateo and 2 blocks from Caltrain. Some of our teams are remote while others have a hybrid model of coming into the office 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week.
