JOB SUMMARY:
Sky Zone is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead and scale our customer engagement efforts through email and SMS marketing. This role will be responsible for developing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Braze, utilizing its automation and personalization features to optimize campaigns and increase lifetime value.
This role requires a data-driven, strategic marketer who can own lifecycle initiatives from end to end—including journey orchestration, audience segmentation, campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing with a proven track record of email/SMS success.

Expertise with customer engagement and automation platforms such as Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc. Experience with Braze is a plus.

Experience using HTML/CSS for email/SMS customization is highly preferred.

Experience in A/B testing, campaign analytics, and KPI-driven optimization.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automation workflows, and personalization strategies and building a customer journey.

Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.

Ability to analyze customer data for campaign effectiveness and optimizing lifecycle strategies.

Ability to communicate effectively in a cross-functional environment providing guidance to franchisees and other stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lifecycle Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and in-web messaging to increase engagement, retention, and revenue.

Own and manage the email and SMS marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns align with key promotions, business goals, and audience behaviors.

Leverage Braze to create, automate, and optimize multi-channel customer journeys, including onboarding, retention, win-back, and re-engagement campaigns.

Identify opportunities for personalization and dynamic content to enhance engagement across customer touchpoints.
Data & Performance Optimization:

Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, churn rates, and CLV) to optimize messaging and strategy.

Develop and maintain a rigorous A/B testing roadmap, sharing insights to improve email/SMS effectiveness.

Partner with the IT and Data teams to ensure data accuracy, enrichment, and seamless integration between Braze, Snowflake, and other platforms.

Implement and monitor deliverability best practices, ensuring compliance with email/SMS regulations.
Collaboration & Innovation:

Work cross-functionally with design, programs, operations and data teams to create compelling and high-performing campaigns.

Provide guidance and best practices to franchisees executing localized email/SMS programs.
Stay on top of industry trends and Braze innovations, identifying new opportunities for automated, behavior-based, and real-time messaging.

Compensation range is $85,000-$95,000 annually based on qualifications, experience, and performance. Full-time employees at CircusTrix enjoy a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a 401k plan with company matching. Eligibility for 401k is based on age and tenure requirements.
