Lifecycle Coordinator Raymond, OH
The Lifecycle Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Vehicle Experience Program (VEP) and supporting daily customer service operations. This role manages reservations, customer payments, repair orders, vehicle presentation, and front-counter service activities.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage Vehicle Experience Program (VEP) reservations and scheduling.
- Collect and process customer payments accurately.
- Open, update, and close repair orders.
- Run vehicles through the car wash and ensure vehicles are clean and customer ready.
- Handle service customers at the service window and provide professional assistance.
- Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support service center operations and customer experience initiatives.
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Use of Mail Merge, lookup functions, generation of reports, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work efficiently in web-based systems
