We're looking for a Life Sciences Customer Marketing Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve lives by learning from the experience of every cancer patient. Are you ready to be the next changemaker in cancer care?
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be a core member of the customer marketing team, working closely with our marketing, life sciences partnerships (sales) and brand teams to personalize marketing campaigns for a defined set of priority accounts. You'll drive account strategy with the creation and optimization of tailored messaging, campaigns, and content to resonate with key decision makers within those organizations. In addition, you'll:
- Be a thought partnership to our account leads and define marketing tactics and channels based on the needs and objectives of the account
- Develop of account-tailored content and personalized marketing campaigns
- Support client-specific sales enablement material and adaptation of core product decks for specific account needs
- Nurture leads and track engagement at the account level
- Manage account specific brand support requests
- Identify partnership-based thought leadership opportunities
- Drive market and competitive intelligence efforts at the account level
Who You Are
You're a kind, passionate and collaborative problem-solver who values the opportunity to think beyond the way things are. In addition, you're excited by the prospect of rolling up your sleeves to tackle meaningful problems each and every day. You have 5+ years of significant management consulting, account management, early stage startup or B2B marketing experience within pharma, biotech, life sciences consulting or healthcare / health tech, ideally with a focus in oncology.
- You are an exceptional storyteller and communicator, with the ability to turn complex data science / statistics, technology and clinical concepts into clear communications and presentations
- You have experience with account-based marketing tactics and marketing scientific content
- You have previous experience in life sciences with a familiarity of the drug lifecycle and research, especially within oncology.
- You have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, having demonstrated initiative to formulate solutions in challenging situations.
Extra Credit
- You have an understanding of oncology clinical research and/or health economics and outcomes research.
- You have familiarity with real world evidence and data products.
- You have an advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH or PhD in a relevant area of study).

Job Compensation Range
Salary Range: $114,400.00 - $171,600.00
Preferred Primary Location: NY hub
The annual pay range reflected above for this position is based on the preferred primary location of the role which is listed in the job description. Salary ranges for other locations vary from the range reflected above. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. An annual bonus and equity may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
