Position Details
  • Pay: to be discussed upon interview
  • Schedule: Full time Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and conducting group and individualized enrichment activities tailored to residents’ interests and abilities.
  • Provide support and companionship to residents during daily programs and special outings, including transportation assistance if needed.
  • Uphold residents’ rights and privacy, honoring individual choices and preferences.
  • Contribute to a lively, caring atmosphere by embodying Trinity Place’s core values and high standards of service.
  • Complete mandatory training and certifications as required.
  • Offer additional support in Nursing and Assisted Living areas, including one-on-one activities, mail distribution, and escorting residents.
  • Support Adult Day Services by maintaining records, observing dietary needs, assisting with meals, and aiding daily living activities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with audio-visual or vehicle equipment are a plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to assist with resident transfers and transportation.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds, and perform bending, stooping, and reaching as needed.

Skills Required
