About the Role
Life ClaimsAssess CI claims , ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation
Coordinate with internal teams, medical providers, claimants, and agents to obtain and verify required information.
Investigate complex cases and make settlement decisions or escalate to supervisors or medical consultants as appropriate.
Monitor and control turnaround time to ensure timely processing and compliance.
Maintain service quality and support team efficiency, reporting directly to the CI Team Leader.
Communicate with claimants and agents regarding required documents and claim status updates.
Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
