This position is either a 2nd shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM or 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM, according to business need.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Shift Operations – Acts as shift commander of LEU operations to supervise daily shift operations, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and general orders. Utilizes independent thinking and problem solving skills to ensure issues are addressed promptly and when necessary prepares written documentation and/or informs LEU management.
- Performance Management – Establishes and maintains a working environment conducive to positive morale, inclusion, quality, innovation and teamwork. Evaluates and provides ongoing training and development of staff including performance reviews and regular feedback. Recommends and in some cases administers staffing changes and disciplinary actions.
- Administrative Duties – Carries out administrative functions to include, but not limited to; generation of daily shift assignments ensuring adequate coverage, daily testing of pertinent department equipment, review of shift reports and logs ensuring completion, accuracy, and appropriate distribution of information.
- Serves as a representative of the LEU, at internal and external meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
- Adheres to the Bank’s attendance policies through regular and prompt attendance.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma/GED and 9 years of related work experience or
- Two years of college and 7 years of related work experience or
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience
- Ability to complete, or have completed Federal Reserve System Basic Law Enforcement Course (BLEC)
- Ability to complete, or have completed the Field Training and Evaluation Program (FTEP)
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic ability to operate office equipment
- Basic ability to perform independent research
- Intermediate Customer Service skills
- Intermediate Leadership/Supervisory/Management skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

The expected starting salary range for the LEU Operations Supervisor is between $73,400 and $91,800 annually. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and market data.
