We're Hiring: Legal Admin
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Legal Admin to support the Legal Team in managing legal documentation, contract administration, and day-to-day operational matters. This role will play a key part in ensuring legal records are properly maintained, legal processes run efficiently, and stakeholders receive timely support.
Responsibilities- Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, licenses, permits, and corporate records.
- Manage and update the contract repository, including filing, tracking, and archiving documents.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and support renewal processes.
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing legal documents and agreements.
- Coordinate document execution and collect required signatures.
- Support the Legal Team with administrative and operational matters.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- 1–2 years of experience in legal administration, contract administration, or related legal support roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
