This is a rapidly growing innovative team specialising in Charities & Private Wealth Disputes. You can expect plenty of opportunity to develop your skill set and to be involved in some interesting and challenging work. You will be working closely with our Lawyers providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of their workload in order to meet all set requirements and timescales.
If you are self-motivated, energetic, possessing high levels of personal organisation skills and are looking for an admin opportunity in a corporate but very friendly business setting, then this is the role for you.
What you will do
- Amending and collating letters with enclosures in line with set deadlines, ensuring sign off as appropriate by the appropriate Lawyer.
- Collating and completing due diligence to comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations.
- File management to ensure compliance with Foot Anstey practices and procedures.
- Managing routine client telephone enquiries, to ensure all required information and details are obtained to comply with file opening requirements.
- Ad hoc administration duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying for the team.

- Prior experience working within an administrative function.
- Excellent communicator (written and verbally) and attention to detail.
- Good administration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Commitment to working within a quality standard environment.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to become familiar with new systems quickly.
- Ability to achieve tasks quickly and accurately.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other colleagues internally, both within the wider team and across all practice areas.
