About The Role
As a legal supervisor, you will need to be able to provide legal analysis and advice, drafting and reviewing legal documents as well as understand the products and negotiate with counterparts. You will work with many stakeholders and other legal team members from different Opcos and different products teams. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works to drive company’s decision making, ensuring each business action is in line with the legal perspective.
What You Will Do
- Drafting, reviewing, and/or revising legal documents (agreements, amendments/addendums, etc.)
- Assisting the business units on any legal operations and contract matters, including but not limited to assisting contract negotiations with the merchants/partners
- Handling day-to-day legal operations
- Understand and grasp the products
- Providing legal advice and assessment on legal and products matters
- Support managers in doing legal process improvement with internal stakeholders
What You Will Need
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a reputable University
- Having minimum 2 – 3 years working experience as in-house legal or associate at law firm
- Having good personality, critical thinking skills, effective problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skill
- Fluency in business level English both written and spoken
- Eager to learn and have strong knowledge in corporate law and commercial agreements
- Capable working as a team player
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Able to adapt in different situations and scope of works (agile)
