Currently, we are looking for a new Legal Student Assistant, eager to gain insight into the legal aspects of the pharmaceutical sector.  If this sounds like you, and you are ready to take on a broad area of responsibilities with an independent attitude, you are a match for us.​ 

Join our legal team as a Student Assistant and build valuable experience in pharmaceutical and corporate law.

As a member of the legal team, you will provide legal support on a variety of matters, including contractual matters, pharmaceutical law, corporate law, and data privacy law.

The position is based on hourly compensation and is expected to require 15 hours per week. We offer flexible working hours during the semester and exam periods.

We don't expect you to have experience in all the relevant fields of law, as you will receive onboarding into these areas. However, a strong interest in legal fields related to pharma would be highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Adaptability and flexibility: Managing a variety of legal tasks while adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment, where deadlines are met through collaboration with the rest of the legal team
• Effective communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to assist daily operations with legal advice
• Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze legislation and a changing regulatory environment to generate legal insights that support decision-making
• General administrative assistance: Supporting administrative tasks as needed

Candidate profile 

• Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Law or Business Administration and Commercial Law, with relevant experience in courses such as pharma law, corporate law, data privacy, and contract law
• Structured and detail-oriented
• Pride in providing accurate and sound advice to the business
• Comfortable with digital tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willing to learn and support contract and legal management systems
• Collaborative and supportive of colleagues
• Curious and interested in discovering the legal aspects of a growing pharmaceutical company
• Professional proficiency in English, as English is the company’s corporate language
