external clients, providing specialized legal guidance within the scope of
responsibility.
- Manage,
organize, update, and safeguard the department’s physical and digital legal
files, ensuring proper document control.
- Ensure
the confidentiality, integrity, and proper retrieval of legal and contractual
information.
- Support
the attention, analysis, and follow-up of requests, inspections, or inquiries
from labor and regulatory authorities.
- Provide
specialized support in labor-related matters concerning the company’s
workforce.
- Actively collaborate in the design, development, and
updating of materials, policies, procedures, and in the logistics of training
sessions and awareness programs related to Legal & Compliance internal
projects
Requirements
- Education Level: University/ College
- Intermediate English Level
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams)
- Specialized
knowledge: Intermediate - TRESS
