We are looking for an experienced Legal Operations Specialist to join our global Legal team. This role will focus on managing and scaling the day-to-day operations of the Legal department while supporting strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

This role serves as the operational backbone of the Legal department, driving scalable processes, optimizing workflows, and supporting cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced global environment. The position focuses on enhancing legal operations through process improvements, automation, tool implementation, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, tech-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to independently lead, optimize, and scale processes end-to-end. This role requires a combination of hands-on execution and strategic thinking, alongside strong collaboration skills and the ability to build effective partnerships across Legal, Information Systems, Procurement, Sales Operations, Security, IT, and other business functions.  

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the Legal department to support operational growth and scalability in a fast-paced global environment 
  • Proactively identify and drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and AI adoption within the Legal department
  • Partner closely with IS, IT, Security, Procurement, Sales Operations, Finance, and other teams to improve collaboration, systems integration and cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support implementation and reporting of Legal KPIs, metrics, and operational insights to support decision-making and planning
  • Manage, implement and optimize Legal systems, tools, and operational platforms 

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in operational roles (experience supporting Legal departments of global tech companies, a significant advantage)
  • Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Proven ability to proactively and independently lead and drive processes end-to-end
  • Strong operational mindset with excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proven ability to identify operational gaps and drive process improvements proactively
  • Experience working with KPIs, reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics
  • Strong analytical and technological capabilities, including hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, process optimization technologies, and leveraging AI to improve operational efficiency and scalability
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance hands-on execution and long-term improvements
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration across teams with competing priorities

Skills Required

  • 4+ years of experience in operational roles with tech companies
