Core Responsibilities

As Senior Legal Operations Consultant, you will oversee commercial contracting and contract operations at a global scale. Your key responsibilities include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including procurement, marketing, sales, vendor agreements
• Collaborating with internal parties to standardize contract drafting, negotiation processes, and templates across multiple legal contract types
• Partnering with the legal department to ensure contracts align with legal requirements and organizational risk frameworks
• Developing, updating, and maintaining contract templates, negotiation manuals, and guidelines in the spirit of continuous improvement
• Driving the adoption of legal tech solutions and process automation to optimize contract lifecycle management
• Providing guidance and training to cross-functional teams on contract guidelines and compliance
• Monitoring compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements in all contractual matters

This position is based in Prague – Jinonice, and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

Your work will help the business operate efficiently and minimize legal risks, using guidelines and innovative solutions in contract management!

Do you have what it takes?

• Law degree  with a strong understanding of contract law
• Proven experience in commercial contracting in-house or at a law firm, preferably with cross-border, international contracts
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and review skills and curiosity across multiple contract types (procurement, marketing, sales, B2B)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex contracts and deadlines
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal partners
• Collaborative, curious, and proactive approach with a “can-do” attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with legal tech platforms
• Interest in legal operations, process improvement, and AI/legal tech solutions for contracting

What would be an advantage

• Experience with Danish contract law and related compliance requirements
• Familiarity with contract management systems and digital tools for legal operations
