ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Salesloft is building the next era of enterprise revenue, one where teams make confident decisions powered by AI and real signals. By combining our scale, insights, and AI innovation, we're building the industry's first Predictive Revenue System, enabling humans and AI to work together to make smarter decisions and drive consistent growth.

With thousands of customers using our platforms every day, we have an unmatched view into how revenue is actually won: the Revenue Context that reveals what happens, when, and with what outcome. This gives us a unique opportunity to transform an entire category and set a new benchmark for how modern revenue teams operate.

Join us to help transform how companies around the world run revenue, and build the platform that will guide leading revenue teams into the future.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

At Salesloft, our Legal Operations Manager will be pivotal to our company's success. You will be a key member of our Legal team and the person who makes it run like a modern, AI-enabled function: faster contracts, cleaner data, and fewer manual handoffs. As a company scaling across geographies, we need someone who can turn legal work into repeatable, measurable systems.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Own the operational backbone of the Legal team, including intake, matter tracking, workflows, templates, and reporting.
  • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Procurement, Finance, and People to streamline contracting and remove friction from the deal cycle.
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations for data subject access requests (DSARs) and other privacy rights requests, including intake, identity verification, coordination with data owners across systems, deadline tracking, and documented responses.
  • Support the build-out and ongoing operation of our privacy program in partnership with Legal, Security, IT, and Product, including data mapping, records of processing, vendor privacy reviews, and DPA tracking.
  • Maintain audit-ready privacy records, such as request logs, processing inventories, and policy and training documentation.
  • Administer our equity program in partnership with Finance and People, including cap table maintenance, stock plan administration, grant processing, and board and stockholder approvals tracking.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready records across corporate, equity, and contract data.
  • Evaluate, implement, and improve legal technology, including contract lifecycle management and equity management platforms, and identify where AI can safely take on repetitive work.
  • Build dashboards and metrics that show how Legal is performing and where the bottlenecks are.
  • Support the integration of legal processes, templates, and systems across our combined organization into one way of working.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel and vendors, including managing budgets and spend.

In addition to working with colleagues who live our core values every day, you will have the opportunity to shape how a global Legal team scales. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a systems-minded, detail-obsessed operator who is energized by turning ambiguity into process. You are equally comfortable in a contract workflow, a cap table, and a spreadsheet, and you care about getting the details right. You will play a pivotal role in helping our Legal team move faster and scale without adding friction for the business.
If you're looking for an opportunity to learn more, do more, and become more, then becoming a Legal Operations Manager is the career path for you!
