- Serve as the central intake point for all legal team requests, managing triage, prioritization, and routing across the team
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve legal workflows, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and templates
- Administer and optimize legal technology platforms (e.g. SpotDraft, ticketing and project management platforms such as Linear and Streamline.ai), leveraging AI tools such as Claude Code and Github, and lead evaluation and onboarding of new tools as the team’s needs evolve
- Track and report on legal team metrics (e.g. request volume, turnaround times, and key milestones), giving leadership visibility into team throughput and operational health
