Manage Helix’s legal operations infrastructure, including request intake, workflows, SOPs, legal technology platforms, metrics, contract reviews, renewals, vendor coordination, outside counsel, IP docketing, and corporate filings. The role partners cross-functionally with legal, finance, procurement, and business leaders to improve processes, administer systems, triage matters, and maintain efficient, organized legal operations.

Designs, implements, and owns reliable software systems across patient, laboratory, data, and genomics platforms. Leads projects from scoping through launch, uses AI agents and coding harnesses, improves engineering standards, mentors engineers, addresses technical debt, and collaborates cross-functionally. The role requires cloud-based distributed systems expertise, strong programming skills, infrastructure-as-code familiarity, database knowledge, testing, CI/CD, observability, and independent product-focused execution.

Owns customer success and strategic partner relationships for Helix’s life sciences data licensing, sponsored testing, and clinical development businesses. The role leads implementation coordination, identifies expansion opportunities, translates customer feedback into product improvements, establishes scalable customer success processes, mentors team members, and represents the function in leadership discussions. Candidates must bring extensive biopharma or life sciences partnership experience, people leadership, strong communication, and demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and business outcomes.

Support health system and life sciences research partners using Helix’s clinico-genomic datasets, tools, and platforms. Serve as the primary data-support contact, lead onboarding and office hours, create user materials, coordinate internal technical support, gather feedback, and help refine solutions. Build clinical and genomic data-processing pipelines while collaborating with Engineering, Research, Bioinformatics, Product, Life Sciences, and Commercial teams.

Perform on-site pre-analytical laboratory tasks in a high-volume CAP/CLIA facility: build and ship at-home kits (~20%), receive/unpack/accession specimens, perform data entry and plating, operate automated equipment, maintain biohazardous waste compliance, track inventory, and coordinate handoffs. Follow protocols, ensure sample integrity, and support process improvements and training as you advance.

Manage strategic healthcare and genomics partnerships across health systems, health plans, and employers. Lead onboarding, implementation, launch, and scaling of population genomics programs; develop project plans, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, identify risks, improve workflows, and translate partner feedback into operational and product improvements. Serve as a relationship lead and operational advisor while driving partner adoption, execution, and long-term success.

Drive adoption of Helix genomic diagnostic testing services by developing regional sales strategies, building healthcare provider relationships, managing partner planning, presenting diagnostic solutions, maintaining CRM pipeline forecasts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires extensive customer-facing diagnostics experience, genomics industry knowledge, strong communication and analytical skills, and 60% travel.

Process and verify vendor invoices through procurement software, maintain vendor master data, manage vendor correspondence, reconcile statements, assist with month-end accruals and 1099s, support prepaids and fixed asset accounting, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve AP processes and leverage AI tools for efficiency.

Drive adoption of Helix diagnostics by building and executing account strategies, cultivating relationships with key partner personnel, managing CRM sales pipeline and forecasts, meeting sales targets, developing strategic presentations, and supporting partner planning. Role requires frequent travel and independent, data-driven execution.
