  • You will keep track of deadlines, tasks, and responsibilities, ensuring that relevant topics are reliably followed up on.
What You Bring
  • You have a foundational knowledge of law, for example through a degree, vocational training as a legal or notarial assistant, or relevant professional experience in a legal, compliance-related, or administrative environment.
  • You work independently, carefully, and with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • You enjoy structuring processes, tracking tasks, and reliably bringing topics to completion.
  • You are confident working with digital tools and ready to quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and in a service-oriented manner with internal stakeholders.
  • You have a solid understanding of confidentiality, diligence, and the sensitive handling of legal information.
  • You think in a solution-oriented way, work pragmatically, and maintain a clear overview even when managing multiple topics in parallel.
