We are seeking a Legal Operations Salesforce and CLM Analyst to join the Foundation in its mission of benefitting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do
The Legal Operations Analyst will assist the Legal Operations team and FoundationCCC programs in providing support for the use and maintenance of FoundationCCC systems and procedures as they relate to the operation of Legal Operations, including Salesforce, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software Jira, SharePoint, and others). The Legal Operations Analyst will have demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining effective and efficient processes. This role will have responsibility to maintain the integrity and reliability of FoundationCCC’s Legal Operations systems, ensuring the systems meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the Legal Operations department.

Create and edit standard and customized reports; generate and provide operational and ad hoc reports utilizing a variety of reporting tools and validate data within Salesforce and other enterprise systems

Responsible for responding to systems support requests within various ticketing systems, and for engaging with 3rd party vendors and consultants

Ensure consistent SOP documentation, annual maintenance of system updates,

Conduct regular audits of Salesforce and CLM system repositories to ensure accuracy, security, privacy and compliance
Attributes for Success

Thorough understanding of Salesforce and CLM cloud-based systems. Familiarity with the standard contract lifecycle

Strong analytical and data management skills along with superior attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Budgeted Annual Salary Pay Range:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
