About Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP):
Learn Satit Pattana School (LSP) is the first school under the care of LEARN Corporation. It blends academic excellence from LEARN Corporation’s Business Units such as OnDemand, Ignite, EduSmith and Code Genius with innovation from across LEARN’s ecosystem to create a modern, student-centered learning environment. LSP stands out with its 3 core learning pillars: Individual Development Plans (IDP) tailored to each student’s goals, English 4 Skills aligned with Cambridge Assessment English standards, and 21st Century Competencies that equip students with essential life skills. At LSP, we focus on both the happiness and success of our learners—delivering meaningful education that is both personal and future-ready.
What You’ll Drive:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, and legal documents, e.g., Notice, memorandum of understanding, power of attorney, etc.
- Coordinating with internal and external sectors related to legal and company registration matters.
- Provide legal advice, consultation, and assistance concerning legal matters or business transitions as assigned.
- Manage the process of obtaining and renewing necessary licenses and permits.
- Oversee compliance activities and provide compliance advice including monitoring changes to legislation and rules affecting the business.
- Manage resolution of compliance issues in Business and advise management and staff of the implications of these changes.
- Monitor and maintain compliance-related records and file compliance checklists for our group companies.
- Conduct or support compliance risk assessments by working with internal functions and management to help identify and assess compliance risks.
- Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Work Location: Primarily based at LEARN Corporation (MBK Tower), with travel to Learn Satit Pattana School (Khlong Sam Wa, near Safari World) twice a week.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- 1–2 years of working experience with basic knowledge of corporate, legal, and compliance issues will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of legal and compliance requirements and procedures
- Strong analytical-minded person, flexible, patient, and willing to learn.
- Diligent and hardworking, able to work well under pressure.
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Skills Required
