Responsibilities
- Assisting in-house legal counsel in diverse areas of trade, labor, immigration, and corporate law including; commercial contracts, real estate, labor and employment, and corporate governance
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal memoranda
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Reviewing legal forms for accuracy
- Summarizing and outlining legal documents
- Assisting with various legal projects as required
Education and/or Experience
- Must currently be enrolled in an accredited college or university and seeking a degree in a related field
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
