About the Role

We are seeking a motivated law student to join our legal team for a Summer In-House Legal Internship. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in compliance, contract lifecycle management, and startup legal operations. The intern will work closely with our Corporate Counsel on a variety of projects in contract, intellectual property, data privacy, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews and assist with regulatory matters.
• Review, analyze, and manage contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Assist in the review and facilitation of legal playbooks and process documentation.
• Conduct legal research to identify areas for company growth and efficiency.
• Explore and recommend ways to leverage Artificial Intelligence in legal operations.
• Gain exposure to in-house legal practice at a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student at an ABA-accredited law school.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Keen attention to detail, particularly when reviewing contracts.
• Interest in technology and willingness to embrace new legal technology solutions.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
