Job Description
We are looking for a motivated student interested in doing a Legal Internship at our Delta Electronics Company, working from our Hoofddorp office. Some of the main responsibilities:
- Support and advise sales personnel to follow up the contract signing procedure
- Modify NDA and other standard contracts according to corporate policy
- Manage contract archiving
- Process and post law firm invoices onto finance system
- Additional tasks and projects with the corporate counsel
Qualifications
- You are pursuing a Major in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Data Privacy Law.
- Are able to work full-time for a period of 6 months starting February 2025.
- Are highly accurate with a hands-on and pragmatic mentality.
- You take initiative, you are analytical and proactive.
- You are fluent English speaker; Additional European languages are preferred.
