As a member of G2’s Legal Team, you will have the opportunity to join an exciting team, complete a variety of projects, and participate in professional development events. You’ll work closely with an Intern Mentor who will support you throughout the Program. As a member of the Legal team you’ll work on a variety of legal projects including:

1. Assisting the legal department with creating, editing, and managing legal agreements, documents, and contracts.

2. Assisting with company-wide legal matters, documents and strategy.

3. Working with the legal team as needed on any ongoing projects or pertinent tasks.

• Conducting legal research on various topics, including artificial intelligence and intellectual property.

• Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documents.

• Maintaining and updating various trackers, including ongoing litigation, pending legislation, and internal contracts.

• Assisting in the preparation of presentations, memos, articles, and reports for internal and external use.

• Providing general administrative support to the legal department.

• Bachelor’s Degree + Pursuing Juris Doctorate

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled in an accredited law school and in good academic standing. This internship is open to 1Ls, 2Ls and 3Ls.

• Research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Proficiency with Google Drive

The internship will be in person in our Chicago office with the potential to shift to a hybrid work model based on performance.
