Our work spans a wide of digital solution archetypes including d igital health products (e.g., patient companion apps, shared decision-making tools, clinical decision support ) , Software-as-a-medical device ( SaMD ) ( e.g , digital therapeutics, connected devices) , custom digital applications (e.g. enterprise platforms, analytics and reporting tools), AI products (e.g . chatbots and agents ) and CRM products (configurations and custom applications atop CRM platforms) .
Position Overview:
The Lead /Sr. Lead of Digital Products is a hands-on, functional leader within the ZS Digital Product 's t eam. In this role, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize digital products and solutions that drive business outcomes. You will focus on understanding client needs, shaping product strategies, and delivering digital products - from discovery through execution and go-to-market. In addition, this is a leadership role contributing to building the Product Management function within the Product Management practice across these dimensions: mentoring and growing people, continuous improvement of our Product Management methods and tool kit, client thought leadership, client business development (proposals, RFPs), etc. We are looking for candidates that are boundary spanner and critical thinkers and will be key players across all phases of the product lifecycle.
What you'll do :
- Apply product management principles and best practices to ensure we build the "right thing" on behalf of our clients
- Define and lead the product vision and strategy based on a deep understanding of client, their business goals and use cases
- Facilitate discovery and innovation workshops to uncover requirements and opportunities
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Create and manage artifacts such as business processes, user flows, data flow diagrams, and presentations to support clear communication and alignment
- Act as the primary advocate for the client and end-users, driving user-centric design and ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and outcomes
- Instrument analytics and measure product impact across business, user and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to ensure ongoing value
- Stay updated on technology trends and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
- Provide regular updates and training to stakeholders and users, supporting effective adoption and use of product/solutions
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's Degree. Masters Degree highly desired or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of experience in product management or similar functions
- CRM experience is strongly preferred
- High energy level, with strong facilitation, verbal & written communication skills
- Strong organization, project management and prioritization skills
- Experience leading workshop style meetings to for early discovery and requirements
- Experience working in a client facing, consulting environment
- Experience working in/with Lifesciences preferred
- Ability to travel as needed
- Fluency in English
