Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Legal Innovation Specialist to join our Warsaw office. This role will focus on optimizing legal processes using low-code tools and top tier LegalTech platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Support legal practitioners with available tools and creative solutions
· Utilize low-code, genAI and legalTech tools to optimize legal workflows
· Collaborate with practice groups to identify opportunities for technological improvement
· Help design innovative solutions tailored to legal expertise
· Assist in managing local and global innovation projects
· Organize internal training sessions and workshops to promote a culture of innovation
· Work with local and global IT teams for seamless technology integration
· Develop and track metrics to assess the impact of innovation initiatives
· Monitor emerging legal tech trends
Requirements:
· A master’s degree (tech, law and project management would be an additional advantage)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in using low-code tools
· Understanding of prompt engineering techniques
· Experience in technology development (process improvement or legalTech implementations is a plus)
· Business analytics and process design methodologies, like BPMN 2.0, are a plus
· Experience in using Legal AI tools, preferably Luminance and CoCounsel, is a plus
· Experience in using document automation tools is a plus
· Programming skills, especially in Python, are a plus
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
· Fluency in Polish and good English skills
· Passion for innovation
