CEQUENS is seeking a Legal Inhouse Counsel to join its growing team onsite in Cario (Hybrib). Reporting to the Head of Legal the Legal inhouse Counsel will provide support to the legal department and assist in managing the company's legal affairs.
Responsibilities
· Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, leases, and service agreements.
· Perform legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
· Coordinate with external counsel to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of legal matters.
· Participate in company meetings and provide legal guidance as needed.
· Maintain accurate legal records and documentation.
· Develop and implement corporate legal policies and procedures.
· Assist in managing the company's intellectual property portfolio.
Requirements
Requirements
- · Bachelor's degree in Law / Master's degree or diploma in law
- · 4+ years of experience in a inhouse legal role, preferably in the telecommunications / Tech industry.
- · Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Law with a wider Knowledge of UAE/Saudi Arabian/MENA laws.
- · Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- · Knowledge of commercial and business law.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- · Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a master’s degree or diploma in law
- At least 4 years of experience in an in-house legal role
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry
- Excellent knowledge of Egyptian Law
