Programmers Force is looking for a highly skilled and dynamic Legal Head with international exposure to lead our legal team. The ideal candidate must be a UK law graduate or from another reputable international university and possess extensive experience in IT industry legal aspects, including:
- Contract Management & Negotiations (Tech Agreements, NDAs, SLAs)
- Intellectual Property (IP) Law (Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights)
- Regulatory Compliance (Data Protection, GDPR, Tech Laws)
- Dispute Resolution & Risk Management
The candidate must have strong leadership skills to independently manage the legal team and ensure seamless legal operations.
- LL.B/LL.M from a UK or other reputable international university
- Proven experience in IT law & international legal frameworks
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to lead a legal team independently
