About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Legal Executive to join our expanding legal team at Roar Global. The ideal candidate will be an Attorney-at-Law with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, and can demonstrate strong legal drafting skills along with an excellent command of the  English language.

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment and being willing to learn and go the extra mile to support any business need while maintaining the highest standards of legal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including service agreements, NDAs, MOUs, client contracts etc.
• Conduct legal research and assist in ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory requirements relevant to the group’s operations.
• Provide legal support for internal stakeholders, including operations, HR, marketing, and finance teams.
• Support the legal team in managing risk, handling disputes, and advising on strategic legal initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific regulations, especially in the technology and digital space.
• Handle any other legal and administrative tasks required to support the overall business objectives.
  

Requirements

• Qualified Attorney-at-Law, with a current practicing certificate.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate/commercial legal environment.
• Strong command of spoken and written English, with demonstrated drafting ability.
• High attention to detail and a strong understanding of legal risk.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in across tasks.
• Experience or interest in IT, technology, or digital media law will be an added advantage.
