Role Summary:
Support the legal team in reviewing and drafting basic contracts, identifying risks, and coordinating with internal teams.
Key Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of Contract Law, Corporate Compliance & IP
Familiarity with MSAs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements
Ability to compare contracts with templates, flag risks, and do redlining
Draft simple NDAs, vendor agreements, and addenda
Identify risks like unlimited liability, one-sided indemnity, and broad IP clauses
Strong written communication and email drafting skills
Comfortable working with MS Word, Google Docs; CLM/DocuSign exposure is a plus
Qualification:
Law graduate or final-year law student with an interest in corporate/commercial law.
