Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Counsel to support day-to-day commercial, legal, and administrative processes across the organization. This role plays a key part in enabling business operations by ensuring contracts, compliance-related documentation, and internal requests are handled efficiently and accurately.The position offers strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, IT, Security, Product, Finance) and provides opportunities for growth into more advanced contract drafting and negotiation responsibilities.Key Responsibilities
Contract & Legal Support
- Review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Draft and review client contracts and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with partners (first draft level)
- Prepare reseller agreements and third-party software agreements (initial drafts)
- Support the preparation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and related addenda with implementation partners
- Assist colleagues by interpreting contractual clauses (e.g., penalties, termination, obligations, legislative updates)
Contract Lifecycle & Documentation Management
- Upload and manage documents for signature via DocuSign and FlowSign
- Maintain accurate documentation records and ensure proper version control
Commercial & Supplier Agreements
- Handle non-technical supplier agreements across departments (Marketing, IT, Security, Product Marketing, Consultancy services)
Pre-sales & Client Requests
- Support selected pre-sales requests, including RFP/RFI questionnaires
- Assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements for clients and banking partners
Corporate & Administrative Support
- Manage corporate documentation requests (e.g., Trade Registry requests, beneficial ownership documentation)
- Support general administrative compliance processes
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or similar roles
- Basic knowledge of commercial contracts and legal terminology
- Experience working with contract management or e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across business functions
- Fluency in English required; Romanian is a plus
