As a Senior Support Engineer, you will resolve complex technical issues, collaborate with engineering teams, maintain client communication, and contribute to technical documentation within a SaaS fintech environment.

Provide day-to-day commercial legal support including reviewing and drafting NDAs, client contracts, MSAs, reseller and third-party agreements, and SOWs. Manage contract lifecycle documentation via e-signature tools, assist with KYC and corporate compliance requests, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret contractual clauses and maintain compliance records.

Intern on the SRE team supporting Azure-based cloud services: automate operations, improve CI/CD, monitor and troubleshoot production systems, perform root-cause analysis, contribute to IaC, and promote SRE/DevOps best practices to ensure reliability and scalability.

The Project Manager will oversee client project delivery in the CEE region, manage cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure project governance and compliance in the financial sector.
