Below is the job description for open position
Key responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice in Contract laws for Group worldwide operations;
- Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of agreements (e.g. vendor and suppliers agreements, services agreements, IT agreements, non-disclosure agreements, general terms and conditions, engagement letters, memorandum of understanding, R&D agreements, license agreements and intragroup agreements);
- Contribute to the implementation of the Linxens Corporate Social Responsibility Program (compliance training, conflict of interest campaigns, gift policy implementation, internal investigations …);
- Support the Deputy general Counsel in corporate law operations;
- Assist in the management of commercial disputes and litigation;
- Contribute to the management of a centralized legal database (contractual & corporate matters), ensuring all data is properly reflected and updated;
- Monitor new legislation and regulation and communicate correspondingly in the relevant organizations.
Qualifications
- Experience of 5 to 7 years obtained in a law firm or in a multi-national corporate organization, preferably in the healthcare, life science, or laboratory sector, operating in a regulated environment;
- Solid knowledge and experience in Contract Laws and Intellectual Property Laws; knowledge in Corporate Laws appreciated;
- Strong interest and hands-on exposure to compliance matters;
- Experience working in cross-functional environment (Business Units, R&D, Quality, Sales, Purchasing and Supply Chain teams);
- Fluent written and oral English is essential; German language appreciated;
- Ability to understand business operations and work with autonomy;
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Skills Required
