Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including customer, vendor, partner and licensing contracts.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice on commercial, corporate, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
- Support product, sales, security, and operational teams by identifying legal risks and offering business-focused solutions.
- Assist with corporate governance matters and maintain strong internal compliance practices.
- Help shape internal policies, processes, and playbooks to support scalable legal operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of legal experience in the high-tech sector, gained at a leading law firm or in-house at a technology company.
- Proven expertise in negotiating commercial technology agreements, with a strong grasp of SaaS and cloud-based business models.
- Solid understanding of privacy and data protection frameworks, including GDPR and similar regulations.
- Strong commercial instincts and the ability to balance legal considerations with business priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with legal and non-legal stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
