Manage enterprise customers throughout the post-sales journey as their primary technical contact. Owns acquisition, SEO, AI discovery, content, CRO, lifecycle, experimentation, funnel analytics, attribution, and ROI. Builds owned acquisition assets, allocates growth investments, manages a lean team, develops AI-enabled processes, and aligns Product, Data, RevOps, Sales, Finance, Web, Content, and Design stakeholders to drive pipeline, revenue, and customer growth.

Leads IT, information systems engineering, and AI enablement for a SaaS business. Owns technology strategy, business applications, integrations, data architecture, IT operations, security governance, compliance, budgets, vendors, and AI-driven automation. Manages multidisciplinary teams and partners with executives to deliver secure, reliable, scalable systems and productivity improvements across Sales, Finance, HR, R&D, and other departments.

Own global accounting operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions, lead monthly close and consolidated financial reporting under US GAAP, coordinate audits and tax filings, and improve accounting processes through automation, AI, and NetSuite. The role partners with Finance and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain accurate, efficient, and scalable financial operations during an approximately eight-month maternity leave replacement.

Leads product operations across launches, GTM readiness, KPI tracking, process improvement, AI adoption, and internal tooling. Coordinates Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams; develops launch playbooks, monitors product readiness and performance, improves release workflows, and reduces manual work through AI-assisted automation and dashboards.

Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers to drive adoption of Cloudinary's image, video and DAM solutions. Lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, cash flow, and performance analysis. Build integrated P&L/balance sheet/cash flow models, drive scenario planning, consolidate forecasts, report SaaS metrics, prepare executive and board materials, partner with Finance and GTM teams, and improve FP&A processes for IPO-readiness.

Design, build, and operate the server side of a large-scale visual moderation platform. Own high-throughput async pipelines for images and videos, multi-tenant systems, and cost-sensitive ML workloads. Make architectural decisions, ship iteratively, and establish practices for testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability while collaborating with engineers and product stakeholders.
