Here’s what you’ll be doing

We're looking for a proactive Legal Counsel to join our in-house legal team; someone motivated to develop their skills and expertise and make a real impact on our business from day one. This role is a great opportunity to get a wide breadth of legal experience, tackling everything from large-scale global deals to essential, day-to-day legal tasks.

You'll be a key part of our team, helping us navigate a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of legal challenges.

As one of our lawyers, you'll:

Provide clear, practical, and effective legal advice across a wide range of legal matters.
Prioritise a varied workload and thrive under pressure, making quick, sound decisions.
Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of contracts and legal documents.
Communicate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to various stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Work collaboratively with the legal team and other departments to achieve business objectives.
Take ownership of tasks and actively chase to get things done, ensuring projects keep moving forward.

We’re looking for someone who is:

A UK-qualified solicitor
Proactive and keen to develop their legal expertise across a wide range of practice areas.
A team player who isn't afraid of the hard graft and is willing to tackle any task, no matter how big or small.
An excellent communicator, with strong verbal and written skills.
Organised and able to effectively prioritise a demanding workload.
Motivated to work in a dynamic, in-house environment.
