Serves as the primary regulatory contact and SMF16/SMF17 holder while advising executives, the board, technology, product, finance, and commercial teams. The role manages compliance business partnering, monitoring, and governance teams and supports compliant innovation involving digital distribution, e-commerce, and algorithmic pricing.

Leads month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, journal review, audit preparation, statutory compliance, internal control optimization, cash management, and financial modeling. Own MGA portfolio risk and technical pricing analysis, maintaining statistical and machine-learning pricing models using Python, R, SQL, and specialized pricing tools. Lead process optimization across software delivery workflows, applying Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Theory of Constraints. Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, standardize and automate delivery tools, analyze throughput and lead-time metrics, and use Jira, BI platforms, Looker, and Tableau to communicate insights. Partner with Product and Engineering leaders, develop self-service tooling, train peers, and drive continuous improvement across Shared Services.
