Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Contracts specialist to join our team. The role holder will be responsible for the comprehensive review and management of various legal agreements and contracts. This role requires a thorough understanding of commercial terms, taxation, and intellectual property, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the legal review of Non-Disclosure Agreements/Client Contracts, including Master Services Agreements, Scopes of Work and related client contractual documents/ Disclaimer and Release Letters/RFP & Tenders/Standard Software Agreements/Data Privacy Agreements/Supplier Agreements/Carrier Agreements/ Business Associate Agreements
- Liaise with internal clients through internal communication channels
- In depth knowledge of commercial terms and taxation
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating documents (including but not limited to a wide range of agreements with customers, vendors, sellers, buyers, financial institutions and other third parties).
- Advise on critical brand protection areas relating to IP and information management, including data protection, data privacy and cyber security.
