Job Responsibilities :As the Legal Counsel, you are responsible for providing legal support to the Razer business housed in our Irvine office, to support its long-term business goals and objectives, consistent with the legal strategy of the parent company. This position requires both seasoned business and legal judgment while serving as a member of the regional legal team.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Draft, analyze, negotiate and complete complex commercial transactions with the firm's enterprise customers and strategic partners.
Collaborate with the Product, Sales and Marketing, Customer Advocacy, Human Resources, and Finance teams to achieve key business objectives.
Work with stakeholders on data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters.
Assist with creating, optimizing, and implementing processes and policies.
Provide training to the company on relevant legal topics.
Handle commercial contract disputes.
Working knowledge of AI enterprise models being integrated in workflow.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience gained in combination law firms and in-house with a technology / consumer electronics company (should have some in-house experience).
Strong background in all facets of contract and commercial law is required, and exposure to consumer technology business is strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
Strong negotiating skills with the ability to effectively negotiate legal and financial/commercial issues.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across all business units.
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Familiarity with basic AI integration into work product.
Experience handling litigation and/or IP related matters is a plus.
Education/Experience:
J.D. degree from an accredited United States law school.
Pre-Requisites :Salary Ranges:
