Our responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreement such as sales, software licensing, cloud, SaaS, and Data Processing agreements in line with Cisco’s business strategy. We provide legal advice on privacy, work with cross-functional teams, engage in strategic projects, and deliver legal training. We also ensure that key information is effectively communicated to the management chain and business clients.Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of commercial law experience obtained In-house for a large technology company
  • Completed your Legal studies in France.
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English and French are essential, fluency in other languages will be considered a plus (especially Arabic)
  • Demonstrated experience using legal technology or contract life cycle management (CLM) platforms to manage workflows, including AI tools.

  • Excellent drafting skills, including an eagle-eye for detail and a creative outlook.
  • Readiness to support and help finalize dynamic, complex sales agreements against demanding deadlines and processes.
