Marsh Risk is seeking an apprentice for the position of Junior Legal & Compliance Analyst based in Milan.

We will count on you to:
Support internal stakeholders by providing legal advice on a variety of matters such as contract review, regulatory compliance, employment law, and dispute resolution
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and approving policies, procedures, contracts, and related documents
Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Help monitor changes in laws and regulations and contribute to proactive legal recommendations
Collaborate with senior legal team members to manage legal, compliance, and regulatory issues
Support offices and leadership from a legal and compliance perspective.
What you need to have:
Master’s Degree in Law
Internship or traineeship experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus
Strong interest in developing expertise in contract law, regulatory compliance, and related legal areas
Good understanding of legal principles and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
