Description:

Marsh Risk is seeking an apprentice for the position of Junior Legal & Compliance Analyst based in Milan.

We will count on you to:

  • Support internal stakeholders by providing legal advice on a variety of matters such as contract review, regulatory compliance, employment law, and dispute resolution

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and approving policies, procedures, contracts, and related documents

  • Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Help monitor changes in laws and regulations and contribute to proactive legal recommendations

  • Collaborate with senior legal team members to manage legal, compliance, and regulatory issues

  • Support offices and leadership from a legal and compliance perspective.

What you need to have:

  • Master’s Degree in Law

  • Internship or traineeship experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus

  • Strong interest in developing expertise in contract law, regulatory compliance, and related legal areas

  • Good understanding of legal principles and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
