The Legal Back Office Specialist is responsible for verifying and adjusting the contracts stipulated with our commercial partners. The responsibilities include: 1) verifying that the contractual aspects of a commercial nature are complete and accurate from a legal perspective 2) monitoring, adapting and verifying all the contents to be attached at the same time as the commercial contracts and the provision of contributions, as well as compliance with the company contractual standards
1.01 Guarantees the correct implementation of contractual standards with respect to all types of indirect touch points
1.02 Provides constant support to the Area Supervisors in verifying the completeness and legal correctness of the contractual aspects stipulated with commercial partners
1.03 Constantly supervises that there is consistency in disbursement of contributions with respect to the defined budget
1.04 Ensures complete maintenance of the archive of copies of stipulated contracts
1.05 Activates the other company departments with respect to the contractual contents, ensuring supervision of the provision of agreed services
1.06 Promotes the development of learning Role through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness-efficiency of one's Responsibilities
1.07 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
1.08 Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies, Law, or a closely related field
- Between 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a legal back office, contract management, or administrative legal role
- Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
