ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Legal Associate to support our European legal operations. Reporting directly to the Legal Counsel, this role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
In this role you will provide legal support across a broad range of areas, including corporate governance, contract management and negotiations, intellectual property, and employment law. You’ll be expected to work autonomously, apply strong analytical thinking, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced, international environment.
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive legal professional eager to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company operating on a global scale. 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Legal & Regulatory Monitoring: Track and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in Luxembourg, the EU, and other relevant jurisdictions. Provide timely updates and actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Contract Drafting & Review: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, supplier contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and purchase agreements, ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation.

  • Corporate & Governance Support: Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies, corporate governance frameworks, and regulatory filings in alignment with Luxembourg legal requirements.

  • Intellectual Property (IP) Strategy & Management: Support the company’s IP strategy by assisting with trademark registrations, confidentiality agreements, and other IP-related matters to safeguard company assets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Master’s degree or LL.M. in Law (corporate, commercial, or IP law).
  • Experience: 3-4 years in a law firm or in-house legal team handling commercial, corporate, or regulatory matters.
  • Languages: Fluent in English with strong legal drafting skills.
  • Skills: You bring a “can-do” attitude, you are comfort with change and have a proactive mindset. You have an organized approach to delivering clear, structured legal advice independently in a fast-paced and quickly evolving legal environment.
