About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Legal Assistant to join a growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm specializing in motor vehicle accident cases.
As an integral member of the legal operations team, you will provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers, helping ensure every case progresses efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You'll Do
Legal & Administrative Support
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to attorneys, paralegals, and case managers.
  • Prepare routine legal correspondence, internal documentation, and case summaries.
  • Organize, upload, and maintain documents within the firm's case management system.
  • Ensure legal files remain complete, organized, and up to date.
Case Documentation & File Management
  • Request, track, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with preparing case files, timelines, and documentation for attorney review and demand preparation.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation throughout the case lifecycle.
  • Support efficient case progression by ensuring required documentation is available when needed.
Client & Provider Coordination
  • Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and third-party contacts.
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and case-related requests.
  • Assist with property damage documentation and other administrative communications.
  • Deliver responsive, professional service while helping clients navigate the legal process.
Legal Operations & Compliance
  • Follow Georgia-specific Personal Injury workflows, internal SOPs, and legal procedures.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed within established timelines.
  • Support attorneys and legal staff by maintaining organized workflows and case files.
  • Handle confidential legal information with the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting U.S. Personal Injury law firms.
  • Experience handling Personal Injury cases in any U.S. state is required; Georgia experience is a strong plus.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Comfortable following structured workflows, SOPs, and legal procedures.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote legal team.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting attorneys, paralegals, or legal operations teams.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance documentation, and Personal Injury case workflows.
  • Experience coordinating with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
  • Previous experience managing high-volume legal documentation while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 2+ years experience working in U.S. personal injury law, legal administration, legal support, or litigation support.
  • Previous experience supporting U.S.-based personal injury law firms.
  • C1 English proficiency or higher (written and spoken).
